Give

Give, without expecting a return. When we give, it's like shattering seeds onto the ground and we will not know which seed is going to grow into a plant, and that someday the reward will come back to us in forms that we might not expect. Give,  includes everything we can give, such as gifts, donations, moral support, love, attention, time, or even a simple favour, all these could make a huge difference to someone's life. It's always a blessing to give. So, when we give, we give sincerely because love is priceless and yet the most powerful tool of healing. :)

持平

千万别戴着有色眼镜去看他人。每个人的背后都有着一个不为人知的故事，所以在我们还未了解背后那故事，我们不应去判断任何一个人。处人待事，尽量抱着持平的态度，千万别因他人的外貌或我们个人的偏见而立刻断定他人的对与否。:)

Morning Dew

Seeing dew drop on the leaf in the morning refreshes one's mind. The smallest thing in our life could be beautiful thing that shines, as long as we learn to see the beauty within. You are not little because you dream is little in other's eyes, you are little when you think your dream is too little to shine in this world. :)

Red Light

Sometimes in life when red light halts you from going forward, take this opportunity to think about the path you going to take when the red light turns green. If you are waiting at red light now, embrace this period of time to rediscover yourself and to learn new things to equip yourself with so that when the light turns green, you continue your journey with more self-esteem and positivity. Don't ever feel defeated when you hit red light in life, it's just a pit-stop life is giving you to rest before continuing your journey. :)

背后心酸。。。你读懂了吗?

家家有本难念的经，每家关起门来都有不可向外透露的丑事。既然是如此，我们又何必去羡慕或妒忌别人所拥有的一切呢? 他人所拥有的，又有几个人读懂拥有这一切背后的付出与心酸? 很多时候，都是'你看我好，我看你好' 因为人往往都会把不好的掩盖起来，只让外人看到那表面的一面。把时间与精力用在羡慕或妒忌他人所拥有的，倒不如集中时间与精力去努力奋斗去取得自己想要拥有的? :)

H.A.T.E

Never let hate leads you because it's the way to destruction. When you hold anger, frustration and jealousy towards somebody, it will definitely affects the way you judge the person and speak to the person. Don't let jealousy turns you into a bitch who stab people from the back! :)

努力

吴宗宪曾经说过，"还在努力的事情就不叫失败，而我永远没有放弃努力，所以永远不会失败。" 的确，我们往往在人生旅途中，遇上些挫折难免会让我们灰心而放弃。我们之所以会觉得我们在某些事上很失败，不是因为在攀爬人生阶梯时夸不上下一个阶，而是我们放弃了继续攀爬的念头。只要愿意努力往前走，我们是会到达终点的。加油!  :)

Being Judgemental

When judging a person, never ever jump into conclusion based on our own standards. Our mentality and principle do not necessarily equate to the mentality and principle of others, so don't conclude our judgement on someone when the principles of both parties don't agree with each other on the same issue. Once we have concluded our judgement on a person, it comes bias and thus closing our hearts from a potential friend. Try to understand and to think in other's shoes before judging them, and there might be some surprises behind. :)

Dream

Never underestimate the power of dreaming. Dream is the goal we set to reach in our life and without goal we will be wondering aimlessly in our life. Realising our dream could be a journey far more longer and tougher than our expectation. But we could choose to stop right where we are or continue to move forward until we reached our destination. The choice is ours, so instead of giving up halfway, why don't we see how far we have come to realise our dream? Make your dream comes true because it is your dream and you are its fairy Godmother. :)

迷失

活在这城市灯红酒绿的繁嚣中，偶尔迷失了方向也在所不免。当我们朝着目标的方向前进，一路上难免会出现很多诱惑与阻碍成为我们前进的阻力。只要目标清晰，没什么会变成我们前进的阻碍。最重要不要在我们迷失方向时，连那股最初对人生目标奋斗的热诚都给丢了。:)

尊敬

待人要有同理心。不管大家是什么身份，谁都没必要为了他人的高傲而变得卑微。这地球是圆的，凡事都没绝对。如果今天我们站在人生高峰奚落他人，谁能保证明天我们不会滑落人生谷底被他人奚落? 不管身份在这社会上是多卑微，都拥有自尊，千万别去践踏一个人的自尊。互相尊敬才是皇道。 :)

烟花

烟花，短暂却灿烂。我们短短几十年活在这世界上，最重要活得有意义。最起码当我们回首时，一路的跌跌撞撞编写了我们精彩而丰富的人生经历，没白活了。巾帼枭雄里柴九的经典名句: "人生有几个十年?" 在我们这数十年的人生，应该为了梦想而拼，就算结果并不如预期理想，至少我们尝试了。难道，就因为那怕失败怕尝试的心态，让你甘心白活了一生? 人生，不是一帆风顺或者一定要经历大风大浪才不算白活，最重要是为自己而活。 :)

Climb

When someone is trying to pull you down, it just shows that you are above them. Don't let any of their negativity or criticism to keep you from climbing. Real friends give their best to bring you up whilst fake friends would use you as their stepping stones. Keep those who always try to bring you up when your life hits rock bottom. Don't be anti-social when your life hits the valley, embrace this period instead because it is when you get to see who your real friends are. :)

唯一

很感激小学老师常鼓励我们， "小时了了，大未必佳". 的确，起步稍微逊色了些，并不代表我们是失败者。只要我们永不放弃，坚持信念，终有一天我们会到达成功那一站。相信自己，不要做第一，要做唯一! 我们应该为了自己的理想而奋斗，而不是为了跟他人争第一而斗。加油! :)

New Day

If you are having a bad day, just remember that it's new day when you wake up tomorrow, fresh like the morning dew! A bad day never equates to a bad life. It's never too late to change the way you live as long as you have decided to start doing it, because every day is a new journey to begin with! :)

Boundary

Never try to push someone's boundary. You would never know how far you are going to go before reaching one's boundary and that will be too late to repair any damages done to any form of relationships. There's a fine line between challenging one's boundary that leads to destruction and compromising one's weaknesses to salvage the relationship. Never take the tolerance, compromise and willingess to accept the weaknesses of each other for granted. Once the limit is challenged, that could just spell the end of the relationship. Are you the boundary pusher or the one whose boundary is being pushed? :)

Raindrops

When it's pouring in our life, we should learn to dance in the rain instead of desperately waiting it to stop. Rain, can also be beautiful. It's all up to us to embrace the raindrops that wash our eyes so that we can see clearer or to see them as teardrops that blurred our vision to see the path of our future. :)

付出

"燃烧自己，照亮他人" --- 曾经从港剧中听过这么一句话。也许当我们学会了付出而不奢望回报，我们的心胸也会逐渐变得宽阔。太过于斤斤计较，我们会活得很累。:)

Temporary

Nothing is permanent in this world. No matter the situation is good or bad, it will come to an end. If you are now experiencing tough situation, remind yourself this is temporary and soon you will see the light. If you are now enjoying the good moments in life, don't forget to appreciate and be thankful of what you have because you will never know when they going to leave you. Darkness will not fall on the same spot 24/7 because the Earth rotates and every place on Earth experience both daylight and night. Since everything is ever-changing in life, don't take things for granted no matter what you are going through in your life now. :)

留余地

今天无意中看到我中学华文老师在脸书上分享了一个人生哲学：“人生，要适度的留白，为他人留余地，为自己留空间”。 的确，凡事都别去到没得转弯的地步。所谓 “丞相肚里可撑船”， 只要懂得把肚量放阔些，我们就可以多些去包容与体谅别人，放生对方也等于为自己留生路。当眼里只看到我们不爱看到的那些弱点，我们自然会去放大对他人的反感，不知不觉中我们的心胸和视野也变得狭窄。不放下对他人的怨恨，我们又如何释放心中那根刺而获得重生呢？:)

Sunrise or Sunset?

At the very first moment this picture strikes you, do you see it as a sunrise or sunset picture? Some said this looks like sunset to them, some said otherwise. Everything has two sides, it's all up to us to choose which side we want to see, the good or the bad sides. Always choose to see the goods in everything although the situation can be the worst you've seen so far in your life. Learn to stay grateful and thankful of everything, no matter big or little, you will find life beautiful. Sunrise or sunset, the choice is all yours! :)

游乐园

每个人的心中都拥有一个游乐园，但是这游乐园的命运大多数都逃不过岁月的洗礼，慢慢地越变越渺小。小孩的心里都被这游乐园完完全全的占据了，所以他们都是欢乐的笑，发自内心的笑。当我们逐渐地长大，这游乐园在我们心中的领土也逐渐地被烦恼与现实占领了，我们的笑也失去了童真。其实，我们是不是应该捍卫我们心中的游乐园，别让游乐园成为烦恼与现实的俘虏呢? 只要懂得惜福，我们自然会快乐起来。你，最后一次发自内心的笑是何时? 

失去、遗憾、珍惜

有句话讲得真好: "有三位朋友，一位叫失去、一位叫遗憾、一位叫珍惜。它们总不会一起出现，而是一位走了另一位才接着来"。人生不过如此。当我们失去了某些人或机会，我们才遗憾为何当初这人或机会就摆在我们眼前我们都不懂得去珍惜。没人能保证把握了眼前的机会就会有庞大的收获，但一定不会原地踏步。在这步伐快得偶尔让人喘不过气的社会，我们又失去了多少个我们该珍惜的人与机会，而又有多少人带着遗憾咽下最后一口气呢? 学习珍惜所拥有的一切，人生其实不是我们想像中那么差。 :)

享受过程

我们往往太在乎结果，忽略了路途中的风景。不管成果如何，只要懂得享受过程，得失心自然逐渐变轻了。 :)

Live Life

Life is always filled with uncertainties. You will never know what's going to happen even the very next minute. Our life is just like a cup filled with water. The water can be calm and still at this moment, but we can never guarantee at the very next moment the cup will be shaken and thus making the water turbulent that may drown us. Live every single moment of your life to the fullest, make it a life worth living for! :)

色彩人生

如果每种气球颜色各代表着我们的喜怒哀乐，那么你会想只拥有代表着快乐颜色的气球吗? 当你聚集了各种不同颜色的气球后，放手它们飘上高空的那一刻，很美。这就像我们的人生，聚集了酸甜苦辣后才会显得我们人生的独特与精彩。 :)如果每种气球颜色各代表着我们的喜怒哀乐，那么你会想只拥有代表着快乐颜色的气球吗? 当你聚集了各种不同颜色的气球后，放手它们飘上高空的那一刻，很美。这就像我们的人生，聚集了酸甜苦辣后才会显得我们人生的独特与精彩。 :)

人生路

黄子华在栋笃笑里曾经说过：“没有后路，就是最好的出路”。的确，人们对于那扇已关上的门的执著使我们忘了当一扇门被关上，其实另一扇门已为我们而开。如果我们只懂得凝望着那扇已关上的门，我们永远不会看到为我们开着的那扇门背后的风景，那么我们只有原地踏步。相反，只要我们肯踏出第一步走向那扇为我们而开的门，一定可以走出一道出路。我们的人生路，本该由我们自己走出来！加油！:)

重来

人生有多少事可以重来？我们又会不会愿意去等待这重来的机会？而这机会又值不值得我们去等待？与其带着遗憾漫无止境地等待重来的机会，倒不如承受把握机会后的后悔？后悔总比遗憾好。最起码当机会出现在我们眼前，我们选择了把握当下，免得错失机会后埋怨为何不好好把握当初。把握了机会，就算成果不如预期中的好，也不表示我们错了、失败了。其实那意味着我们拥有尝试的勇气，给予自己机会去证明自己。正如吴宗宪所说：“机会是留给准备好的人”。我们不知机会何时会出现在眼前，只有无时无刻地为那一次的机会而准备自己。如果你错失眼前的机会，你根本不晓得它会不会重来，而你的等待又需经历多少个季节的转变？又或者它永远不会在你眼前出现第二次了？与其让遗憾伴你度过人生，倒不如放手一搏去紧握眼前的机会。尝试了，就算失败，也只是为你的人生添加了无价的经验。你，到底错过了多少你心中还默默等待重来的人与事呢？:)

停一停

不管生活再忙碌，都别忘了缓下脚步，用心去体会身旁的风景。忙碌的生活让我们喘不过气，压迫得我们只懂得低着头匆匆的走过，使我们略过在身旁那些渺小的东西。停一停，抬头看看周围的风景，你会发现世界是如此的大，而我们执著的问题只是那么的渺小。当生活让你绝望，请看看那些在草丛中正在努力破土而出的幼苗。只要坚持信念，不要轻易放弃，生活是充满色彩与希望的。:)

Try

Just keep walking forward because you never know where this path is going to lead you to. Yes, it can be intimidating when you cannot see what is waiting ahead for you. But you will never find out if you decide to stop moving forward. Don't be afraid of making mistakes along your journey because failures simply mean that you are trying. When you decided to give up trying, don't expect something great to be accomplished. As quoted from Tony Robins, "No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress. You're still way ahead of everyone who isn't trying." There is nothing to be ashamed of even when you are just taking the smallest step possible simply because you have the courage to continue instead of quitting. Never give up trying and you will be one step closer to your goal by the end of today. :)

Smile

Smile always, you will never know who needs a smile to brighten up their day. This beautiful universal language is just like a very powerful virus that spreads like crazy among a crowd when we started smiling to people around us. Remember to wear your smile everyday because it is the most beautiful accessory anyone could ask for. Smile can light up the world, so don't forget to smile when you think that your world is dark. Spread your sunshine because it will make a difference. :)

New Day

Every morning before your day starts, close your eyes and take a deep breath, and let your inner voice of courage whispers to you: "Today is a new beginning." Yes, everyday is a brand new day so no matter how bad was your yesterday, don't carry forward the negativity from yesterday. Have faith that everything happened for a reason, thus whatever happened to you yesterday is preparing you for today and a step closer to shaping a better tomorrow of yours. Don't get defeated by yesterday's failures because today is like a reset button, you just start again. :)

Light or Darkness?

What is the first thing that caught your eyes when you see this picture? The light of the candle, or the darkness behind it? There's two sides of everything, good or bad. All you have to do is learn to see the good in every situation because it is YOUR ATTITUDE that is going to determine whether you are having a good day or a bad day. Instead of adding up your troubles, why don't you try counting your blessings? When you stay too focused on that big patch of darkness, it's going to bring you down because negativity magnifies the sorrows that leads you think that a bad day equates to a bad life. Similarly, when you focused on the small patch of light, it's going to build you up because positivity brings you hope in all sort of situations. Quoting my all-time favourite quote by Martin Luther King Jr., "Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that." You can only walk out from darkness when you see lights; you can only love your life when you stop hating it. Don't continue to dwell in your sorrows, get up and hold your head up high where you see lights! Everyday is a good day once you change the way you see things. Have a good weekend! :)

生命之歌

每个人都是生命作曲者。只有我们自己有资格去决定如何弹奏一首专属自己的生命之歌。 俗语说的好，“态度决定命运”。谱出来的曲子便是我们心境的一面照妖镜。如果想为自己谱出首快乐曲，那我们凡事都要保持积极乐观的态度面对一切。你，决定了要如何去演奏属于自己的生命之歌了吗？:)

Trust

Trust is like a piece of glass. Once it's broken, it won't look the same anymore even you glued the pieces back together. The truth is a bullet that shot through your heart so never try to dodge the bullet because it opens your eyes to see the other side of the person that you failed to see in the past. You have the authority to choose who you are really going to open up to. It's like handing them the knife to either slash or sculpture your heart of glass. Choose to trust wisely. If you made the wrong decision, never fear to trust again. Learn from your mistake and find the trustworthy person in your life. Never ever use the knife given to you to slash someone's heart just because yours was slashed. The world ain't that grey as you see it. There is still trustworthy people around, just keep looking. If you failed to look around you, look up! :)

选择我的人生路

既然选择了，那就继续往前走吧。因为时间是不能倒流重来的。虽然前路充满未知数，但只要不轻易放弃，最终还是可以到达目的地。与原地踏步担心前路，倒不如给些勇气跨出那第一步去创作属于自己的未来。多余的顾虑自然成为前进的阻力，别让自己成为我们创造未来的绊脚石。你，出发了吗？:)

昨天，今天，明天。

时间真的可以冲淡一切吗？可以，事在人为罢了。如果我们对昨天念念不忘，那我们的今天不就给浪费了，向明天前进的冲劲不就被抹杀了吗？过去就让它过去，包括人与事。不管它们因什么事故没能出现在我们的今天和明天，那只是意味着它们只属于我们的昨天。那些记忆，就像本相簿，偶尔拿出来缅怀一下，就足够了。我们的今天与明天可能真的容纳不下那些回忆，把昨天的记忆深埋心里的一角落，今天重新出发，向明天迈进吧！:)

Friendship

People comes and goes in life and some left footprints in our hearts. At different stages in life, we meet different people and make friends. I strongly believe that you get to choose which friends to keep for the rest of your life. Building a friendship requires two friends to invest love, care and time for each other. Friendship is not something you get from the instant restaurant or drive-thru where you can just come in between two friends and act as if you've been there with them what they have been through together. Invest wisely on building a friendship because true friends will always have each other's back no matter what time of the day it is and how far apart they are from each other. Have you found your true friend(s) in life? :)

Life

As the saying goes, "We are the pilot of our own life!". So true. We can choose the type of attitudes and thinking to piece up the puzzle of our life. We can't have a life filled with joy and happiness with all sorts of negative attitudes and thinking, can we? What kind of life are you leading right now? If this is not the life that you are after, why don't you change the way you think and act? You are the pilot, so navigate your life the way you want it to be. Start today. :)

重生

伤口会随着时间的流逝而愈合。万分感激，拜你所赐的心碎让我的人生让上我心淌流不同色彩的血红，换来丰富的人生经历。没了你的生活，我活得比以前精彩和充实。这，让我醒悟不属于我生活的人离开了我，给我带来的伤害背后隐藏着未来的幸福。谢谢但绝不忘了你给的伤害因为它已永远烙印在我心。感谢这结了痂的伤痕无时无刻都在提醒我，心中大门永远都不可能为你而开了。我，已走出那阴霾。从今以后，我会学着好好地去珍惜我生命中的一切。挥别那为你独自流泪的夜晚，戴上笑容迎接那灿烂的清晨。我，重生了。 :)
